How to stand out in an interview
In the current economic climate, in which businesses have been severely impacted by the overall market downturn, job seekers need to be more focused with their job hunting strategies than ever before. Given the recent lay-offs and the subsequent downsizes, employers now have a larger pool of potential job seekers from which to consider from in their selection process.
